Acceptance of Terms

Your Account and Security

21+ rule applies strictly. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during this period will be withheld until age is confirmed. If the player is found to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and all funds handled in accordance with applicable procedures.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Winph8 Login platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

Limitation of Liability
